Digital product

HematAPI sells digital API access. No physical goods are shipped. Allowance, validity, and technical limits are shown before payment.

Refunds

If payment is verified but the API key cannot be created due to our system, the customer may request fulfillment again or a refund. Used credits are non-refundable. USDT sent via the wrong network, token, address, or amount requires manual review; network fees are not covered.

Support

Customers can contact support by email with their order ID. Never send a password or full API key.

Prohibited use

API keys may not be used for cyberattacks, malware, spam, fraud, or illegal activity. Keys may be suspended for abuse.
